I do NOT believe in God, and I’ve been coming to church for about a month. It’s not that you, Wally, are doing a bad job of teaching. I’m just not letting myself have faith in him whatsoever because everything that has happened in my life when i DID believe in him, it didn’t seem like he cared enough to get me through my sorrows. And i feel awful because that is one of my dreams is to have a complete and awesome relationship with God.

If you get this, just know that ALL of us have questioned God and His will for our lives. We all can’t understand the “whys” of life at all times. It is OK and it will be OK. God will provide for you. But He has this way of doing it that is so foreign to us. Have faith, continue, believe that God has your back! You KNOW He does…
